Shampoo:
Apply to wet hair and lather. Rinse and repeat as needed.

Conditioner:
TO USE AS A LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER: Distribute conditioner evenly from the scalp to the ends. Style as usual.
AS A REGULAR CONDITIONER: Leave on 1-2 minutes and rinse.
